Assistant Accountant

Your New Company/Role:

As one of the established multinational organizations, my client is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team based in Macquarie Park. This is a temporary position - immediate start.

About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to a supportive and nurturing Manager, your main responsibilities will be gathering data alongside consolidation of FBT returns and other tax duties.

Ideal Profile

To contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within the Accounting function:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent work experience
• 2 years or more related to accounting duties in similar role
• Experience in any large Accounting ERP system - SAP would be nice to have
• Must have experience in FBT - tax duties
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Great verbal and written skills
• Past experience in non for profit organization would be desirable but not required
• Able to start ASAP
